Interactive Designer
We are seeking a well-seasoned interactive designer with a minimum of 5 years experience. You have a superior understanding of UI design and information architecture. You’re a Flash wiz-kid and have proficiency in CSS, XHTML, Adobe Creative Suite, and you have working knowledge of WordPress, PHP, XML, and Javascript. You understand site mechanics, testing and quality assurance, SOE, browser compatibility and dynamic/data driven site designs. And, you can find your way around Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
You’ll be working on our interactive design projects consisting of websites, interactive CDs, animated games, interactive/web-based annual reports, DVD and Flash-based presentations, and email campaigns/newsletters.
You’ve mastered all the software tools, but more importantly have strong design and typography skills.

- A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 5+ years applied experience designing exceptionally creative user experiences for digital media.
- Deep knowledge of design principles, web production issues and online best-practices.
- Juggle multiple tasks and projects within deadlines.
- Work creatively with others in a team environment.
- Attend client meetings.
- Assist Principal with proposals.
- Proficient knowledge of Flash and Actionscript, CSS, XHTML, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of CMS (ie. WordPress), PHP, XML, and Javascript
